I’m sorry — I simply cannot help but find humor in this situation. However, one has to admire, if nothing else, the determination of both parties.
What would Jesus do? How would Solomon resolve this one?
We don’t see Jesus in the Bible demonstrating outside of any places of corruption, unless perhaps you consider his turning of the tables WITHIN the temple courts. If the parishioners insist on demonstrating, then they have to deal with the retaliation in a like manner. I am not wise enough to tell you what Solomon would do to end this. Personally, since they are both within their rights demonstrating, I think the government should just stay out of it.
