The foundation for this was laid early in Obama’s administration when, as part of some other bill (I don’t recall if it was the “stimulus” or the “financial reform” or some other travesty), the federal government just flat out “took over” all student loans. The was around the time they “took over” General Motors. Obama’s objectives have always been to “fundamentally transform” America. Anyone with half a brain who is paying attention would recognize that he intended to transform America into a communist dictatorship. Anything in America that doesn’t conform to his megalomaniacal ambitions must be “fundamentally transformed”.
