Wow I didn’t see this till today. I wonder what the local ordinances are regarding posting stuff on your lawn (both in TX and NY). For example, I wonder if I would be allowed to post a large sign on my lawn in my neighborhood. I wonder if there is a size limit, etc. before you need to have a commercially-zoned property, etc. I’ll have to withhold my judgment here without details about previously passed state laws and local ordinances. But absent a hard and fast law that forbids the sign, I wouldn’t take it down nor would I let them on my property to do so.
