Does anyone else remember when Obama was campaigning and called out earmarks as something that needed to be stopped? At this point he failed to realize how tempting it is, and that he would depend on these evil strategies for his gain.  So yet another promise swept under the rug as he tries to push his latest (LBGT) agenda on the people.  SOMEONE POISONED THE WATER BILL
